Reader Makes November Finale!

Check out these fabulous makes!

Its been a lovely November of dazzling crafting here at LK! We’ve had hundreds of brilliant entries to the November Reader Makes Facebook Competition. Each week we have chosen three finalists and we’ve had some absolutely glorious entries this time around.

Remind yourself of this months entries here…

In week one we were preparing for Remembrance Day and really admired Catherine Haslam’s poppy

Helen Birch’s jumper for Cornish fisherman sweater was a real make to be proud of!

We got really excited for advent when we saw Karen Comer’s advent makes.

In week two we thought Vicky Norton’s batman was really great.

Our fantasy loving Deputy Editor was a huge fan of Debra Lynn’s dragon

Kathy Gould’s nanny knit has us all complimenting how beautiful it was, and her granddaughter too!

In week three Sarah-Jane Ward’s demelza blanket looked really stunning.

Tracy Edwards-Willet’s baby set was really adorable!

In week four we all wanted one of Eileen Hollin’s cabled jumpers!

Susan Hatton’s Katie and Kevin carrots had us all smiling

And we were all wishing we had one of Joan Selkirk’s crocheted 2 in 1, advent calendar and stockings!

But there can only be one winner…

The overall winner for the November Reader Makes competition is ...

Molly Conboy for her super festive Christmas toys! The festive nature of the make, the enormous effort and the Christmas cheer they brought to the LK office all contributed to her being crowned this months winner. Well done Molly!
