Enjoy A Knitting Retreat With Fiona Goble

Join top designer and author Fiona Goble for a weekend of knitting. The ‘Little Knitted Creatures With Big Personalities’ retreat gives you the chance to take part in two brilliant workshops, where Fiona will show you how to make cute and cuddly toys. “On the first day, students will make an amazingly realistic sloth out of tinsel wool and on the second they’ll create a set of gorgeous Japanese Amigurumi pets in DK yarn that they can embellish and accessorise,” explains Fiona.

The retreat takes place at The Hog’s Back Hotel & Spa, Farnham, Surrey, on 22nd-23rd February 2020, and includes lunch and dinner on Saturday, en suite accommodation, and breakfast and lunch on Sunday. All you need to bring is knitting needles in sizes 3.25mm and 5mm for the sloth and 3mm for the amigurumi. Feel free to bring your own DK oddments and any specific embellishments you’d like to use, everything else will be provided.
