Susie Johns is a master of the specialist art of replicating food in knitted form, which is why she was the perfect designer to create this group of yummy cakes. If you are a novice knitter, the Swiss roll is a great place to start as it's just a combination of knit and purl stitches. The rest are a great opportunity to practise your shaping skills. Originally made with a kit, all these cakes can be made with small amounts of DK yarn from your stash. Delicious!
