What you need to know

Use DK yarn from your stash to knit Amanda Berry's mermaid toy

Add a touch of sparkle to your undersea diva with glittery DK yarn. Designer Amanda has chosen to leave the face fairly simple, but you can add extra features or a little blusher to personalise your toy. This toy knitting pattern uses easy knitted stitches. This doll pattern provides a great chance to practise making doll hair. We’ve used a whole ball of White yarn to cover a ‘T’-shaped section of the head, but you can cover the full head if desired.
