Knitted flat on straight needles, the design uses short-row shaping to form the heel and toe, which involves wrapping stitches for a neat finish. Only half the stitches are worked when shaping the heel, making it simpler to manage. The socks are finished using Kitchener stitch for a seamless join — ideal for delicate baby feet.
