What you need to know

We're super excited about the Rio Olympics and Paralympics this summer. Support this year's host nation with a small knitted Brazilian flag. Testing your colourwork skills, the flag is ideal for using up your stash of DK yarn. Uses the intarsia colourwork method for the flag’s bold yellow and blue shapes, with a small amount of Fair Isle to create the white detail in the centre. Why not incorporate the design into a scarf, cushion, bag or blanket?

Don't forget to save your PDFs to your computer or tablet device as soon as it has been downloaded.
