Mary-Anne (page 20)

There is an error in Row 4. It should say: * k1, p1, rep from * to cast off sts ending after a k1, turn, cast on three sts using two-needle method, turn, k1, p1

Row 22 has been accidentally duplicated. The pattern should read:
 Row 22: k3, * mb, k6, rep from * to end, k4 (4, 3, 3, 4, 4, 4, 4)
 Work five rows in st st
 Row 28: k1, * k6, mb, rep from * to end, k6 (6, 5, 5, 6, 6, 6, 6)

 

Florence (page 50)

On Row 13 only do sk2po on the first working of the instruction, all reps from * should be skpo instead

 

Petal (page 60)

There is an error in the Shape Top section for the Head and Body. Rows 3 and 5 should read as folls:
Row 3: k9, k2tog, sl 1, k1, psso, k6, k2tog, sl 1, k1, psso, k9. 28 sts
Row 5: k8, k2tog, sl 1, k1, psso, k4, k2tog, sl 1, k1, psso, k8. 24 sts

Please find correct instructions for the Hat below:

Using yarn D cast on two sts

 Row 2: kfb in first st, k1. Three sts

Cast on using dpns rather than the circular needle as stated.
