Children will be so excited to receive Nicola Valiji's knitted tooth fairy cushion.

Receiving a visit from the Tooth Fairy is always a magical experience. However, Nicola Valiji’s cushion project is sure to bring even more wonder and excitement to children. With an attractive chevron pattern and a handy pocket for storage, this knitted tooth fairy project has it all. Using simple embroidery, you can even personalise the cushion with a name too.

What do I need?

Needles: 3.5mm
Tapestry needle
Safety toy stuffing
Cushion pad: 30cm x 30cm

30cm x 30cm

Top knit tip

To create the cushion’s zig-zag stripes, you will need to follow a chevron pattern. This is a simple four-row repeat worked over 12 stitches. The shaping is formed by pairs of increases and decreases of even-numbered rows.
