Every year lifeboat charity the RNLI saves thousands of lives across the UK and you can use your favourite hobby to help the organisation's latest fundraising campaign. From 26th April - 2nd May, the RNLI is running Mayday events to celebrate the work of its lifeboat crews - the symbol for mayday is yellow wellington boots and you can knit your own yellow wellies to sell and raise money for the charity.
