Master slip stitch colourwork with Lucinda Ganderton’s eye-catching cushion
You don’t need to be an expert quilter to get that patchwork look and this fun project is a great way to try out different stitch effects. All the patterns used here are based on slip stitch colourwork, so you’re actually only using one colour per row. The cushion is worked in three vertical strips that are sewn together to make a panel. This is then backed with fabric to complete your project. Head along to your local yarn shop to get all your supplies!
