The shawl is worked in two pieces from the lower borders to the top of the centre section then the Upper Border is worked separately so it is an exact match for the lower border. Both pieces will be grafted together using Kitchener stitch, which I’ll explain later. You’ll need to know how to knit and purl to make this shawl, but we’ll show you how to do the rest.
