Top Knit Tips

This endearing teddy is the perfect make for a special little someone. Knitted in the softest organic yarn, he's just right for even a small child to play with.

When assembling toys it's really important to get a good join between the individual parts, but you also want them to look neat and aesthetically pleasing too. A whip stitch is a good choice. To do this, insert the needle through the top of the body and into the base of the head, pull through tightly and knot to secure. Insert the needle back through the body, then into the head as before. Repeat this all around the join. Try to make your stitches as small as possible to make them more secure.
