What you need to know

You don't need to know how to knit in the round to make this simple striped ball; it is knitted on straight needles and then joined together with mattress stitch. The contrasting colour stripes and rattle, sewn inside, make it of both visual and auditory interest to curious babies. Choose black and white yarns for even more contrast if you wish.
