Susie Johns’ delightful blanket, is ideal for swaddling a newborn or tucking around an older baby in a pram and is made from a beautifully soft wool blend yarn. It has a striking design that’s deceptively easy to knit, with repeating increases and decreases creating a wave effect. Wide stripes are interspersed with narrower bands of mid-blue. You could choose your own colour palette and make the zigzag bands narrower or wider – it’s up to you.
