WildWelshKnitting has shared three patterns to create your very own set of Christmas crackers that double up as gift wraps. These clever designs feature two sets of drawstring openings; they make a great novelty gift and are easily worked over a few evenings using very DK little yarn.

What do I need?

DK yarn: white, red, chestnut brown, green, yellow, black, two tones of green, oddments in any colour (all can be made with 25g DK toy yarn balls with oddments as needed)
Oddments of yellow felt
Knitting needles: 3mm
