What you need to know

These ribbons are easy ways to show your support for a cause that's close to your heart.

These examples, by designer Adrienne Fauser, are knitted in pink for breast cancer awareness in October, and teal and white for cervical cancer in January. Make yours in the relevant colour for the campaign you are backing, for example dark blue for colon cancer or orange for leukemia. Use yarn from your stash, then make and sell your ribbons to fundraise for your charity.

What do I need?
