Let’s Knit Together’s Charity Highlight: SPANA Big Knit for Vets

Charity is so important to us at Let’s Knit Together, so we want to share charities with you as often as we can in the hope that you use your knitting skills to help those in need. This week, we’re focusing on SPANA’s Big Knit for Vets fundraiser.

Help to fundraise much-needed funds to help sick and injured working animals in developing countries throughout the world. Using one of SPANA’s patterns, you can knit your very own Duncan the donkey, Hattie the horse, Oscar the ox or the newest design, Emma the elephant! A donation of £10 is suggested but alternatively, you can get sponsored to knit or if you have any animal-loving friends, perhaps they could make a donation in return for keeping one of your adorable creations!
