Knit a Dressing Gown for the Knit for Peace Charity Campaign

High fuel bills and the cost-of-living crisis means that more people than ever will struggle to stay warm in winter.

Join Knit For Peace in their bid to keep vulnerable people warm this winter by knitting or crocheting dressing gowns or ponchos out of squares.

Knit for Peace distributes to vulnerable people throughout the UK and abroad, who then have a new colourful garment to keep them cosy over the colder months.

This clever knitted house coat pattern by Knit for Peace uses large squares which are folded and sewn together to make a complete dressing gown, meaning that knitters of all abilities can take part.

So, where does Let’s Knit Together come in? In 2022 as part of our charity campaign, we hosted two amazing Knit for Peace patterns so our members could get involved in this fantastic campaign. We also donated 5% of all annual sign-ups in November and December to Knit For Peace
