Top 5 Best Haberdasheries to Visit This Summer

Top 5 Best Haberdasheries to Visit This Summer

Introducing five amazing haberdasheries around the UK for you to explore

If you’re a craftaholic like us, you might be thinking, “Will there be a haberdashery shop near me on my next staycation?” And more importantly, “Will it have everything I need?” We know the thrill of walking into a brand new craft shop, especially in a new and exciting area, so we’ve rounded up five of the best places to buy to buy yarn, knitting accessories, needlecraft, sewing and haberdashery supplies! These hidden gems in the haberdashery world are must-sees for your next trip away!

1. Closs & Hamblin’s

Situated in the bustling centre of Brighton, the green capital of Britain, Closs & Hamblin has two floors of home and haberdashery products ready for you to explore! Our amazing in-store Made to Measure service will provide expert advice and The Haberdasher’s Kitchen is open for a relaxing coffee break.
Head over to the Brighton store website here or visit in person:

179 Western Road
Brighton

2. All Stitched Up

All Stitched Up in Faversham can provide you with everything you need, including yarn, fabric, haberdashery, equipment and patterns. We stock it all from sewing needles to sewing boxes and everything in between, and even better, we have an online haberdashery too!

3. Owl Tree Crafts

Our crafty shop is found in the wonderful seaside town of Sheringham, nestled beside St. Peters’ Church. Our shop is bulging at the seams with yarns, fabrics, needlework and craft kits, beads, gifts and all the haberdashery you could need.  A very warm welcome awaits you.

Visit Owl Tree Crafts online here or have a browse in the shop on your next trip to the seaside:

4. Creative Needles

Creative Needles is situated at Harts Barn in the beautiful Forest of Dean. We are an independent business that enjoys sharing our love of all things woolly. We stock a gorgeous selection of yarns and accessories. New to the shop are other crafts, such as felting, punch needle and needlecrafts. Come and spend a relaxing time squidging our yarns and then visit The Old Dairy Tearoom for a cuppa.
