Issue 07

Ginger (page 12)

The tension given was incorrect. The tension should be 28sts and 32rows to 10cm.

Please note that because of the stretchiness of the silk yarn we wouldn't recommend knitting this garment in a yarn that wasn't a silk.

Polka (page 25)

The bag that has been featured in the photograph is not the exact bag stated in the pattern. The bag in the image is slip stitch check pattern - the pattern still works but it's not the one shown!
The honeycomb pattern starts from BEGIN COLOURWORK
Row 1: Using yarn A, purl
Row 2: Using yarn B, k1, sl2,*k6, sl2, rep from * to last st, k1
Row 3: p1, sl2, *p6, sl2, rep from *to last st, p1
rep rows 2 and 3 twice more
Row 8: Using yarn A, knit
Row 9: purl
Row 10: Using yarn C, k5, sl2, *k6, sl2, rep from * to last 5st, K5

rep rows 10 and 11 twice more
Row 16: Using yarn A, knit
Row 17: purl

The rest is the same as the pattern in the magazine from the point where it says "Change to yarn A and work two rows in moss st"
