On the Body, the colours have been accidentally switched after the stitch counts. Sorry for this.
You should have yarn B (White) at the outer edges and yarn A (Grey) in the centre and that is the case for the remainder of the Body section.
Also, the tail was missing:
TAIL
Using 3mm needles and yarn A, cast on 16 sts
[] Rows 1-5: starting with a p row, work in st st
[] Row 6: (k1, k2tog) to end. 12 sts
[] Rows 7-11: starting with a p (WS) row, work in st st
[] Row 12: (k2, k2tog) to end. 9 sts
[] Row 13: p
[] Row 14: k1, (k2tog) to end. 5 sts
[] Cut yarn leaving a tail, thread through rem sts, pull tight and fasten off
Sew side seam, add stuffing and attach to back of body
