The pattern provider has provided a correction, starting towards the end of the gusset:

[] Working correct rnd from Chart, rep last two rnds until 46 (48, 52) sts rem
[] Cont without shaping until work meas 18 (19, 22) cm from marker on heel

Shape toe
Keeping lace patt centred on top of foot, pm in one stitch on each side so there are 23 (24, 26) sts for top of foot and 23 (24, 26) sts for sole
[] Rnd 1 (dec): k to two sts before marked st, k2tog, k marked st, k2tog tbl, k to two sts before marked st, k2tog, k marked st, k2tog tbl, k to end. 42 (44, 48) sts
[] Rnd 2: k to end
[] Rep last two rnds 3 (6, 5) times more. 30 (20, 28) sts
[] Rep Rnd 1 only 6 (4, 6) times. 6 (4, 4) sts
[] Cut yarn leaving a tail, thread through rem sts, pull tight and fasten off

The last symbol on the key is incorrect. This is the symbol for "sl 1, k2tog, psso".
