What you need to know

Small in size but big on technique, this classic baby cardigan is a fun way to get stuck into cables.

This top-down, no-sew design for little ones combines classic shaping with a playful heart cable motif. You’ll practise increases, decreases, cabling, working in the round and neat ribbing, creating a beautifully finished baby garment without sewing seams. Christine Boggis is a British knitter, knitwear designer and author based in Brighton. She is known for her contemporary, accessible designs and books including JOMO Knits, No-Sew Knitting, Knitted Shawls and Simply Knitted Socks.
