What you need to know

Susan Cowper, founder of TeaCosyFolk, has created a simple cup and saucer hat designed for Innocent's Big Knit campaign.

Every year, knitters across the country pick up their needles and help to raise funds for Age UK, as part of the Innocent Big Knit campaign. Volunteers knit or crochet tiny woolly hats, which are placed on Innocent smoothie bottles and sold in supermarkets to help raise money for a great cause. If you would like to join in with this year's campaign, Susan Cowper from TeaCosyFolk has shared this cup and saucer design. You'll also find patterns for an ice cream, a cactus and a gnome too.
