Top knit tip

For mittens two and three in this project, you’ll be alternating colours every two rows. When switching between two yarns for narrow stripes, you can save a lot of time by carrying your yarn up the side of your work, meaning there will be fewer ends to weave in later. This is achieved by twisting your two colours together at the ends of the row to keep them secure rather than cutting them every time.
