Briana means ‘strong’ and they don’t come stronger than Sachiyo Ishii’s petite-butpowerful cavegirl. Isn’t she special? A few things to bear in mind: sew the seam with the right side facing out using mattress stitches; if you’re using safety eyes with washers, make sure you attach them before stuffing the head; and raid your bathroom for cotton buds because they give the neck perfect stability. You’re good to go!
