Work up our pretty and vibrant butterflies.
The collective term for butterflies is a kaleidoscope and you can see why with Sachiyo Ishii’s lovely project! She has used half treble and double treble stitches to create the wings, which bear more than a passing resemblance to granny squares. These are then finished off with a body and antennae, worked with chain stitch. Use any combination of colours from your stash.
