Pick up your needles and let this 'fun-guy' take shape... Sorry, we couldn't resist!
Small in size but big on character, this project combines simple techniques to create a wonderfully whimsical woodland companion. You’ll work mainly in stocking stitch, with kfb increases used to help the body and hat take shape, followed by k2tog decreases to taper them neatly. There are also colour changes to master, along with a little gathering, seaming and stuffing to transform your flat pieces into a three-dimensional gonk. If you enjoyed making this gonk, don't forget to check out the rest of our A Year of Gonks series here.
Don't forget to save your PDFs to your computer or tablet device as soon as it has been downloaded.
