There are a couple of errors in the buttonbands.
Row 2 of the buttonband should be worked as follows:
Row 2: k3A, p2A, [k2A, p2A] rep to last two sts, k2C.
The buttonhole band should read:
Rib 1, [work 2tog, yrn, rib 11] five times, work 2tog, yrn, rib 3.
