This is Charlotte and she is dressed in her prettiest frock ready for a springtime outing. Naturally, with the changeable British weather, she needs a hat too. At 40cm tall she’s a great size for playtime and little ones are sure to love playing dress-up. Why not knit the outfit in different colours or with different stripe effects so Charlotte can have a whole new wardrobe!
