Flower power
To work a French knot in the middle of the little flowers, bring your embroidery needle through to the front of flower and wrap the yarn around the needle three times. Press your thumb firmly on the wrapped needle and pull the needle through the wraps. Pull the stitch tight and take your needle back through the centre of the flower.
