Top knit tips

Wet blocking is a fantastic way for you to influence the final shape of your make. If you use yarn friendly soaps or wool wash, you can also remove any dirt or fluff that has been picked up over the course of your project. All you need to do is place your finished cosy in a sink or large tub of water. Then, without stretching the piece, remove some of the excess water and spread your piece out to the correct dimensions. Finally, you should pin your piece to a flat towel and leave it to dry.

If you are new to knitting and would like to master eyelets, this pattern provides a great introduction, as there is only one eyelet row for you to complete.
