These three playtime knits from Lucinda Ganderton will encourage the beginner, and are still fun for more experienced knitters to make and give

These cute little toys were designed with the novice in mind, but that doesn’t mean they’re dull! The truth about knitting is that if you can knit and purl, you can make just about anything. These patterns, designed by Lucinda Ganderton, will give you practise at both. Light and squeezable, the colourful juggling balls are perfect for indoor fun, whilst the caterpillar is a jolly, cuddly fellow, sure to charm babies through to young children! The teddy’s jumper is a great way to use up leftover sock yarn.
