To make up

Sew in all loose ends

There are several different types of cable needle available but the two most common are kinked or straight. The former is ideal for beginners as the v-shape helps prevent the stitches sliding off the end. When you become more confident with the technique, you may want to change to a straight needle which enables you to work faster. Cable needles do not always come in specific sizes and are usually found in sets of small, medium and large. With this project opt for the biggest one.

Susan: 164cm x 24cm
