What you need to know
"'Ohana" means "family." "Family" means "no one gets left behind." - that famous line from Lilo and Stitch certainly echoes the Let's Knit Together community so we couldn't resist treating you to this fantastic Stitch knitting pattern.
Once knitted up and sewn together, Stitch measures about 18cm (7cm) tall in a seated position.
Stitch is knitted flat on a pair of 3.25mm (UK 10) knitting needles using double knit yarn in blue, light blue, dark blue, purple and black. In addition to the needles and yarn, you will also need a small amount of black and white felt to make the eyes and craft glue or cotton and thread to attach them, a darning needle and some toy stuffing. 30cm of flexible wire is optional but can be used to make sure Stitch's ears stand upright as pictured (but he's equally cute with them being slightly more floppy!)

About Wooly McWoolface
Jenna, aka Wooly McWoolface, was taught to knit by her nan at the age of 11. After a few years of knitting, she started making small toys, such as miniature dolls of her friends as birthday gifts. Over time she started to write knitting patterns for well-known characters and sold these on Etsy. Recently, Jenna has started sharing her work on TikTok and when lockdown started in the UK her boyfriend set her the challenge of knitting a lifesize replica of Thanos from the Avengers movies. She has now completed this 8ft tall project and continues to work on a series of lifesize knits, most recently including Shrek.
