Reader Makes: The Finale July 2018

It’s that time again! It always comes around so quickly! The time when we celebrate your fabulous knitted and crocheted creations. Every Monday throughout July, our wonderful Facebook fans have been sending us their entries for our Reader Makes competition - and every Tuesday we’ve picked our three favourites to go through to this, the monthly finale.

First, let’s refresh our memories of this month’s fantastic projects…

Week One
Emma Knowler made this beautifully intricate shawl

Marisa Bailey whipped up some fun bookmarks

Hazel Rayfield knitted a lovely summer shrug

Week Two
Christine Stringer brightened our day with her sweet striped girl’s cardi

Hollie Cooper embraced the nautical trend with her fantastic crocheted squid

Sylvia Barham had all her knitted dolls in a row

Week Three
Amanda Jex created this cute wedded pair of bears

Andrea McCartney made a trendy cardi for a sassy little lady

Chris Hancock’s feet were toasty in these rainbow brights

Week Four
Debs Sherry-Brennan knitted these adorable tiny ruby slippers with stripy socks

Ruth Metcalfe whipped up this beautiful co-ordinated baby set

Violet Shuttlewood got all historical on us with her knitted Henry VIII

Week Five
Jennie Dootson used her superpowers to create this fabulous Wonder Woman shawl

Anita Harding created a whole cute wedding party in yarn

Sharon Rautenbach knitted a stunning openwork cardi

We absolutely love all your entries but the overall winner of the Let’s Knit Reader Makes Monthly Finale June 2018 is…
