How do I become a subscriber to Let’s Knit magazine?
If you would like to subscribe to Let’s Knit magazine online, you can find all of the information you need here. Alternatively, if you would prefer to subscribe in writing, you will be able to find an order form in every issue of Let’s Knit. On the same page as the order form you will find plenty of information regarding the benefits you will receive as a subscriber.


Who should I contact about my subscription?
If you have any queries regarding your subscription, you will need to contact our subscription enquiries/customer services department. This department is the only team that has access to your subscription information so reaching out to them is the fastest way to receive a response. When you reach out to the team it will speed up the process if you are able to provide your full name, postal address, email address and subscription number.


When should I expect to receive my first magazine?
When you take out a subscription with Let’s Knit, you will be sent a confirmation email. Similarly, if a loved one takes out a subscription on your behalf, they will have received this welcome email. In this email you will be given the details of the first magazine you should expect to receive. If you have lost this welcome email, we would suggest reaching out to the subscription enquiries/customer services department so that they can provide you with an update.


When should I expect to receive my subscription gift?
If you are yet to receive your subscription gift, you will need to contact our subscription enquiries/customer services department. Their contact information is as follows: 08009047000, aceville@dctmedia.co.uk. They will be able to provide you with an update in regards to the dispatch of your welcome gift and will be able to share more information about when you can expect to receive your delivery.


Who do I contact if I haven’t received my monthly magazine or my subscription gift?
If you are yet to receive your monthly magazine or subscription gift, you will need to contact our subscription enquiries/customer services department. Their contact information is as follows: 08009047000, aceville@dctmedia.co.uk. If you are yet to receive your monthly magazine, we would recommend waiting a couple of days before taking this step, as although subscribers typically receive their magazines before the issue is available in the shops, this could potentially be delayed if your local postal service is experiencing interruptions.

Who should I contact if there’s a problem with my covermount kit?
If there is a problem with your covermount kit, you will need to contact our customer services department. Their contact information is as follows: 08009047000, aceville@dctmedia.co.uk. This team will be able to help if your kit is missing any yarn or the printed pattern leaflet.

If you have a query about one of the patterns published in Let’s Knit magazine or one of the patterns you have downloaded from the website, you should reach out to support@letsknit.co.uk. We would also recommend clicking here to access all of our pattern updates. This is a quick and easy way for you to find out if any changes have been made to the pattern that you are following. In addition to this, we publish any pattern updates on page 96 of the magazine.

Who should I contact if I am having trouble navigating the website or downloading patterns?
If you are experiencing any difficulty when navigating the Let’s Knit website or downloading our patterns, you will need to contact our online registration/website enquiries department. Their contact information is as follows: webmaster@letsknit.co.uk. They will be able to guide you through the process of resolving the problem. From resetting your password to subscribing to our newsletter, this department will have all of the information you require.


How many patterns do I have access to?
If you are a member of the Let’s Knit Together community, you will have unlimited access to the patterns, videos, giveaways and content on our website. Alternatively, if you were already signed up to the Let’s Knit website before the launch of the LKT community, you will have access to one free pattern download every month. Just remember to save the pattern when you download it so that you can easily return to it at a later date.
