The has been a misprint on the Shape Shoulder instructions for both the Left and Right Front sides. It should read:
Cast off 5 (5, 5, 5, 5, 5, 5, 6) sts at beg of next row only
Work one row
Cast off rem 5 (5, 5, 6, 6, 6, 6, 6) sts
