What you need to know

Add a textured eyelet yoke to Sian Brown's simple fitted jumper knitting pattern

The easy stocking stitch body of this stylish sweater contrasts brilliantly with the highly textured yoke. It's knitted in a subtle duck egg blue shade in a baby alpaca and silk blend DK yarn, which is a slinky, smooth combination with excellent stitch definition. As most of the pattern is in stocking stitch, it is a great garment knitting pattern for improvers looking to advance their skills. The eyelet pattern uses a technique similar to a make one increase, but this time, knit into the front to leave a hole. Click the button to download this knitting pattern today.

PATTERN CORRECTION:
On the textured yoke 'make one' instructions should be worked as follows:
pick up the horizontal loop before next stitch and knit into the front of the loop. This will deliberately leave a hole.
