    MOSS STITCH HEAD BAND (MAKE TWO)
    Leaving a long tail of yarn and using 3mm needles, cast on 45 sts
    ? Row 1: k1, (p1, k1) rep to end
    ? Row 2: k1, (p1, k1) rep to end These two rows form moss stitch
    ? Rep the above two rows another six times
    ? Cast off

    TWIST FLOWER
    Using 3mm needles cast on 42 sts tightly
    ? Rows 1 and 2: knit
